Refunds, Returns, and Exchange Policy

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will need to be sent to our Canadian Address. Please note, shipping is covered by the customer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we have received the item, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exchanges
For exchanges, please contact us at thingsbydru@gmail.com first. You will then be given instructions to ship the unused product and apply for a store credit, if applicable. Things By Dru reserves the right to deny exchanges if the item is worn, used or proved to be damaged by recipient.
