Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Sometimes due to high volumes, there might delays in your order fulfillment or shipping. Please bear with me! You're always welcome to contact me if you have any questions as well.

Domestic (Canadian) Shipping Rates and Times 

Shipping is now FREE for anyone in Canada.

In general, your order should take about 7-10 business days to reach you from when you order, and sometimes sooner.

International Shipping

For countries outside of Canada, there is a flat rate shipping calculated and displayed at checkout.
In this case, orders should take about 10-15 days to reach you.

Things By Dru reserves the right not to ship to certain countries. If this happens, you will be fully refunded and notified by email.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Things By Dru is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order/ tracking?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order or tracking info within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thingsbydru@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
